Defective app software

The app changed the amount I will buy from 1.0 to 1.01. I am certain I did not touch the tab to increase the amount of purchase. I have lost $6,000+ on the defective app and that increase the loss. Also due to the defective app I lost double my money Because it was a BTC versus USD transaction that I lost $14,000+.
