They are not reachable after I made a deposit of USD 3,500

Hi, I made a deposit of USD 3,500 in a span of 2 months. They promised to give 5 trade per day but they stopped giving trade once my deposit reached USD 3,500. I am not hearing from them any more for the past 1 month.
