They scam us

my withdrawal of $1042 USD was approved but the money did not appear in my account. according to them that we will wait for 7-20 days, but until now there's no money arrive. I have $1770 USD left in my account. how can I withdraw it? attached picture of my withdrawal and my dashboard with money left.
