Shenghui Ignoring Requests For Funds Withdrawl!!

My name is Don Essick and as you can see in the attachments below I requested a funds Withdrawl on May 14 2022. The websites automated response told me it would be 2 or so business days before the funds would be transferred to my account of which I gave them the correct wire instructions. As you can see in the attached chat records I contacted them via WhatsApp and they asked me for my account info. i screen shotted the info to them and I have not heard back from them despite my repeated requests for an update on my Withdrawl request. Their customer service isn’t just bad it’s non existent! It’s been over two weeks now and more than ample time for my funds to be wired to me . At this point I am requesting assistance in mediation and/or any other escalations necessary. Don
