Ich bin ein Privatkunde von Pepperstone Latin America (Konto #4300*****). Im Laufe mehrerer Wochen erlebte ich drei ernsthafte Probleme: 1. BESTÄTIGTE INTERNE FEHLER: Am 25. Mai 2026 wurden meine Stop-Loss- und Take-Profit-Orders auf XRPUSD, US500 und XAUUSD mit der Meldung „Interner Fehler. Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihren Kontomanager.“ abgelehnt. Meine Positionen blieben ohne SL/TP-Schutz aufgrund eines Systemfehlers von Pepperstone. 2. NICHT AUSGEFÜHRTE ORDERS: Aktive Buy-Limit-Orders auf BTCUSD, SOLUSD und ETHUSD mit ausreichendem Margin wurden trotz Erreichen der Einstiegskurse nie ausgeführt. 3. VORSÄTZLICHE VERZÖGERUNG: Ich habe dies alles am 25. Mai 2026 (Ticket #06828949) per E-Mail, WhatsApp und meinem Handelsberater Luis gemeldet. Nach 21 Tagen antworteten sie und behandelten nur ein sekundäres DOGE-Beispiel, wobei sie die primären Fälle völlig ignorierten. I am a retail client of Pepperstone Latin America (account #4300*****). Over several weeks I experienced three serious issues: 1. CONFIRMED INTERNAL ERRORS: On May 25, 2026, my Stop Loss and Take Profit orders on XRPUSD, US500, and XAUUSD were rejected with the message "Internal error. Please contact your account manager." My positions were left without SL/TP protection due to Pepperstone's own system failure. 2. UNEXECUTED ORDERS: Active Buy Limit orders on BTCUSD, SOLUSD, and ETHUSD with sufficient margin were never executed despite price reaching entry levels. 3. DELIBERATE DELAY: I reported all of this on May 25, 2026 (ticket #06828949) through email, WhatsApp, and my commercial advisor Luis. After 21 days they responded addressing only a secondary DOGE example, completely ignoring the primary cases.
