My complaint is yet to be addressed for 10 days. On February 25th, the price of USD/CHF was 0.9790. I failed to take profit and clicked to close position, while the closing price was 0.89178, a 10000-pip slippage existing that caused $10000 losses. I contacted them, but no one replied me on phone or email.
