On April 21st, after I closed the position on crude oil, ALPHA TRADEX dealt my order at -1.178, causing forced liquidation. Later, it even canceled my account. Having this be on exposure, I hope ALPHA TRADEX give me an explanation.

4月13日原油出现了不能止赢，在不能止赢的情况下然后我手动平仓了一手，结果以-1.178给我成交然后爆仓出来，然而爆仓的同时另外四个单子却是正常的交易价格，再后来就把我锁了交易帐号踢出了平台，这礼拜一说是已经向有关部门反应了情况上传了资料，到现在没有回应。所以我希望通过爆光，能收到公平公证的回复

请alphatradex恢复我的帐户退回我帐上的钱。
