I applied for withdrawal on October 4. The website showed my account balance was deducted. While I haven't received it by October 26. I asked the customer service, but they said the speed of witdhrawal was slower than before because of regulator transfer. Why is there no notice? How long I have to wait?

10月4日提交的申请，在官网显示已开账，截至10.26日资金却没有到账，询问官网客服都是同一个理由就是，监管转换时期出金会比往常慢一些，那为什么官网没有任何公告？说的慢一些是指多久？啥也不是！
