I made a transaction with ASPIRENOW CRYPTO FX and with two days to go, they send me an email that I must make a deposit of $620 for API damage, in order to withdraw my earnings. Today I have $3,135 in my account and I cannot withdraw them until I deposit $620 dollars. They do not send the security code for the withdrawal either, for which I sent an email and I contacted them by chat on the platform and they do not give an answer, which I must record. Can someone help me please?

Realice una transacción con la empresa ASPIRENOW CRYPTO FX y faltando dos días me envían un correo que debo realizar un deposito de 620 dólares por daño del API, para poder retirar mis ganancias. El dia de hoy tengo en mi cuenta $3.135 y no los puedo retirar hasta tanto no consigne los $620 dólares, para generar mi retiro, tampoco envían el código de seguridad para el retiro, para lo cual envié correo, les contacte por chat de la plataforma y no dan respuesta, que debo consignar. Alguien me puede ayudar por favor
