Can't log in since November 9. At first, I consulted the customer service of oficial website, but no one replied. So I emailed them. They replied to me on November 12 and said there was some problem of server. And they were fixing. Then, no one answered me. Do they need such a long time to repair the server? I don't know whether my money is safe. I just wanna withdraw my funds.

登入帐号和mt4帐号都不能登入

从11月9日开始突然间mt4帐号有问题不能用，过后我尝试到我的登入帐号看看什么问题，才发现我的登入帐号也不能登入了，尝试了几次，帐号就被锁了。一开始我尝试了官网的客服，可是从来没有人回覆的，后来尝试了官方邮件，11月12日还有回覆我说是服务器有问题，他的团队正在修理。后来就没人回覆了，我尝试了官方电话，官方邮件，官方客服全都没有人理会我，到目前为止，我都还不能登入，一家交易商需要那么长的时间来修理服务器吗？我都不知道我的帐户里的钱到底安不安全。这家交易商还说会提供24/7的客服服务，可是过去几天从来都没人回覆我。我现在只想把我帐号里的钱都提出来，因为这家交易商的客服太不靠谱，感觉好没安全感。
