Good afternoon, I'm here to report Javier Martinez, the operations manager of EzInvest. He contacted me via WhatsApp and indicated that I must have $220 to complete the capital return process. The question is, why do you need $220 in funds in your bank or Binance account to link? and to be able to make your withdrawal? It doesn't make sense, why ask for more money and just to link? and they don't want to tell you what the $220 is for, I just want to recover my money and they keep opening trades even though I had requested to withdraw. If I don't have $220 in funds, I cannot recover or withdraw, those are their conditions.

buenas tardes vengo a denunciar a Javier Martinez gerente de operaciones de EzInvest, la llamada me lo hizo mediante WhatsApp y lo que indica es que debo tener 220 dólares para culminar el proceso de devolución de capital, la pregunta es para que se necesita 220 dólares de fondos en tu cuenta bancaria o de binance para vincular? y poder realizar tu retiro? no tiene sentido, para que pedir más dinero y solo para vincular? y no te quieren decir para que son los 220 dólares, solo quiero recuperar mi dinero y siguen abriendo operaciones aún cuando yo había solicitado retirarme. si no tengo fondos de 220 no puedo recuperar o retirar esas son sus condiciones
