I made three deposits of $300 USD using HSBC credit cards. After trading for about two weeks with some profits, I wanted to withdraw. But when I clicked "Withdraw" on the website, it kept showing that withdrawal was not possible. I called IG customer service, and they said the credit card bank had rejected it. When I called the bank's customer service, after checking their records, there was no message about rejecting the payment at all. I would like to ask if anyone else trading in Taiwan has encountered the same problem.
