Process

In this on-site inspection, the team visited the foreign exchange broker e capital in Indonesia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Treasury Tower, Lantai 09 N, District 8, SCBD Lot 28, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kavling 52 - 53 Senayan, Kec. Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan - DKI Jakarta 12190.

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulously planned schedule and traveled to the target area in Indonesia to conduct an on-site verification of the broker e capital claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at Treasury Tower, a location situated in a bustling commercial district of Indonesia, surrounded by a vibrant environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for e capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, no related information for e capital was found on the directory board within the building. Due to lack of an appointment, the site visit personnel could not reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, nor could they enter the company's interior. Simultaneously, they were unable to photograph e capital's reception desk, as this office area was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, due to the inability to enter, they could not observe the internal office environment of the company. Overall, they reached the building, but the company was not captured on the directory board, making it impossible to confirm the company's existence, and without an appointment, they could not go upstairs.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker e capital does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker e capital at its publicly displayed business address in Indonesia as planned, but did not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
