unable to withdraw

I transfered 30k to this company to do some trades, after a couple of weeks I made some profit on MT5, I borrowed some of this money, now that I try to take out money to pay the loan I got, they are telling me that I have to pay 20% tax on the earnings before I can take out any money, and I have to wire the money taxes, I told them they can take out from the profits, but they don't do that, they also claim to be regulated by FDA in US, but they are not I think I got scammed
