Paid all fees demanded, still won't withdraw

I paid all fees they demanded, 10% balance, processing fee, cap fee, late payment fee, escrow fee, activation fee. They still haven't allowed me to withdrawal. first it's because there's acap, technical issue. They won't explain why they couldn't deposit in trust wallet after they demanded I activated with $10000. Last they sent me an email to request withdraw via bank transfer. mind you there's no promt to do so, (in the beginning was told bank transfer not possible it's credit union) support doesn't reply to my emails. A/M can't help much. Olymphubs I need my money back. please
