They are dishonest and rude once they find out you won't be giving them any more money. In my case, they cut me off from my account after investing over $70,000 and blocked my emails & messages I filed a fintrack .org class action complaint and had my deposit sent directly into my wallet alongside the profit that was gained on my account as a result of the trading activities that were being carried out secretly using my principal.
