Only on November 11, I was able to register a withdrawal request - the rest of the time they rejected me pretending that they do not understand what I want. And another important point - they have unspoken rules that I have not published anywhere on their site - if you Deposit funds and then ask for everything back without trading at all, then the fine is $ 25 and the Commission for withdrawal is $ 7.25. In total, I should have received$167.55 on my hands back without trading. This is a robbery I know and I agreed -but still they do not send anything just pretend that everything is in progress.
