Eu solicitei uma retirada, o sistema já aprovou, mas minha conta da Binance não recebeu os fundos. Entrei em contato com o assistente da conta da Goccfx e ela verificou que minha conta foi congelada porque o valor da retirada é alto, então é necessário pagar uma taxa de 4200 dólares. Eu paguei essa taxa, mas até agora o sistema e o assistente não responderam. Estou esperando pela retirada e não recebo nenhuma resposta. O que devo fazer? Por favor, me ajude com a retirada. Unable to withdraw

I have applied for my withdrawal and that was successfully approved by the system but I did not get the money on my Binance app account. I requested the Goccfx account assistant, and she checked and said that your account was freezing because your amount was large so you have to pay the fee that was 4200 USD. I paid that fee and now there is no reply from the system and also from the assistant. I have been waiting for my withdrawal but no response from anywhere. what do I do?
