severe slippage

I was trading here and had accumulated my profits, all of a sudden the price fluctuated in away that I suspect the broker was responsible and from no where all my funds were lost, when I contacted the customer service personnel by names of Sara, she advised me to deposit $1000 more to enable me recover my losses til then I was removed from the group where I was trading, only to realize later that I had been scammed, please if there’s away I can even recover my deposited funds as even from pics below.
