Liquid gives no access to withdraw and I’ve paid ￥140,000 in total to get my withdrawal. The customer service doesn’t answer my questions now and I still can’t withdraw. I hope someone can give me some instructions, how to solve this problem, where to complain, how to contact the regulator and this platform.
