The witdhrawal has been deducted from MT4. But the withdrawal hasn't been transferred to my bank account. I consulted the customer service several times, but they said it was because the regulator was changed. How can ensure the safety of our funds?

从9月九号开始申请出金到目前，mt4上已经扣款完成，但银行卡迟迟没有收到出金汇款。目前已经将近3个月，多次咨询客服发布照会，都说出于监管转换期出金缓慢。目前此平台的出金如何能得到保障？
