Unfreeze my amount and give me withdraw

App freeze my all amount they are showing freezing amount 539 but my total amount is almost 619 . I did not make any violation or breaking rules but they did.its my all hard savings I'm belongs to a poor family.i did not withdraw even once. Please help.
