Do prime withdrawal problem

from 10 months im still waiting for withdrawal transaction to be processed and it wasn't delivered yet,with no reason,and my account manager quit the company after he failed to process this transaction, and the company replied that there so no reason to cancel any profits and there is no abuse complaint to decline my withdrawal,im warning all from this scam broker
