Swap Charge for account

There has been a strange rollover for my account and as you can see, a 0.05 order was charged hungreds of dollars causing order sell out, tradesto pls be responsible and return what have been charged unreasonably. This have happened twice, on the 8th of January 2020 and 16th of January (I also have video screen record to prove an order for a few days was also charged unreasonably, but I can't post it here due to wikifx not able to upload video)
