unable to withdraw money

i download this site on August,,i deposited the money & play it with HK people,we make money & he asking me to add the pricipal,i do as he told me it because seem run smoothly,,on September i was going to withdraw but suddenly my account was frozen,the customer said i have to add same amount as in my account balance & HK pple help me to pay by half of the money,i've pay it,then i tried to withdraw but still cstmers said i have to pay tax 10% of my money in my account,i did pay. the tax but can't
