Withdrawal Blocked for 30 Days - Wallet ID: 78****

I am facing a serious issue with Doo Prime. I have a balance of $904.50 in my wallet (ID: 78****), and my KYC/Verification is fully APPROVED. However, whenever I try to withdraw my funds, I get the error: "This operation is not allowed." I have been contacting live support for over a month, and they keep giving me the same template reply about a "Risk and Trading Team review." I have requested my Account Manager to call me multiple times, but I have been completely ignored. It has been 30 days, which is unacceptable for a regulated broker. I am posting this exposure to warn others and to demand my funds immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this to the Seychelles FSA.
