unable to withdraw

It actually took me a while to realize that Tradechart on the multibank platform is quite different from the others, good thing i was told to complain to fintrack/org if I had a consumer rights problem that needed putting right, this is how I worked out my withdrawal problem. At the point, the multibank team started demanding 10-20K additional deposit, that was when I asked to withdraw my funds. The Very first thing they did was to take me off the VIP whatsapp group so I couldn’t communicate with anyone else and then they made my account -ve once again. This time, they logged into my account and bought 7 Units of AUDCAD and then made my account completely -ve. Apparently, all they did was to transfer the funds in my account into a different account so that mine reflects -ve. Bunch of cowboy scammers.
