An abnormal slippage at the opening caused a margin call. My short position in XITUSD was forcibly closed at a phantom price of 109.84, and the candlestick chart didn't even exist, resulting in a loss.1. Event Summary: I am a client of the AUS Global platform. On May 22, 2026, at 20:55:30 (the time displayed on the trading platform), I shorted a total of 2 lots of US crude oil (XTIUSD) at a price of $96.858. I closed the position at 22:01:03 on May 24, 2026 (the trading time displayed on the platform). Before closing, the real-time trading price displayed on the MT5 software was $92.2. According to the real-time trading quote displayed on the MT5 software, the profit for the 2 short lots was $9316. At the moment of closing the position at 22:01:03 on May 24, 2026 (the trading time displayed on the platform), the price immediately changed from $92.2 to $109.84, turning my account from a profit of $9316 into a huge loss of $24452. 2. Core Issue: Phantom Price: What infuriated me was that when I opened the AUS Global MT5 trading software... According to XITUSD's own data source, the 30-minute candlestick chart for that period showed an opening price of $92.9, a high of $93.15, a low of $91.439, and a closing price of $92.155. The price of $109.84 simply doesn't exist on the candlestick chart, and this price hasn't appeared on the candlestick chart for the past 20 days either. Even more absurdly, I was holding a short position. The candlestick chart showed the price plummeting to $92.2, meaning my short position should have made a profit of $9316. Instead, I was liquidated by a single phantom Ask price. This is definitely not a $17 difference caused by slippage; this is a complete price anomaly. 3- Abnormal Spread: The closing price for the short position was $92.2, while the actual execution price was $109.84, a spread as high as $17.64 (approximately 1764 points). The actual AUS... The normal spread for a Global account using XITUSD is usually $0.024 (approximately 2.4 pips). This spread is 735 times the normal value, which is outrageously abnormal. 4- Stop-loss system failed. Account equity plummeted to -$24,452 (negative), with a margin ratio of -2445.2%. AUS Global's 30% stop-loss order failed to close the position when the margin ratio reached 30%, instead causing equity to cross zero and become negative. 5- My demands: 1) AUS GLOBAI must provide tick data and liquidity provider quotes for that period. 2) Full compensation for my losses ($1,000 principal + $9,316 profit + $24,452 loss due to margin call = total $34,768). 3) A written apology and admission of the failed stop-loss. 4) If this is not resolved, I will file formal complaints with the South African Financial Conduct Authority, the Australian Securities and Investments Authority (ASIC), the Cyprus CySEC, the UAE SCA, and the Seychelles FSA, etc. Evidence is as follows.

AUS GLOBAL withheld and deducted the client's principal, resulting in the account's principal being wiped out.My personal account started trading in April 2026 with a deposit of $1,500, mainly focusing on short-term trades in the volatile gold market. Each trade had strict stop-loss and take-profit orders. After more than a month of trading, the account had generated several hundred dollars in commissions, with a slight loss of the principal, leaving approximately $1,000. On June 4th, the account suddenly became inaccessible, and the principal was deducted from the backend. I contacted the platform via email but received no response. I request that the platform contact the official HaiTou platform for assistance. If the platform refuses to return the principal, we will resolutely pursue our rights and fight to the end.

The order was not closed on Friday. On Friday, my positions weren't closed. I transferred funds out of my account. On Monday, when the market opened, I had $200 in my account, and I thought that if I lost that $200, the positions would be closed. Today, Monday, my $200 has become -$3200, and I had $940 in my account. They then prevented me from logging in and transferred the $940 from my winnings account to my losing account before they replenished the net value to zero. Isn't this supposed to automatically close the positions after a complete loss? Why did they only close them after I lost over $3000? They transferred the money from my winnings account to my losing account to clear the negative balance. Is this normal?

Unable to withdrawI deposited $3,000 USD on May 11th, and my sister deposited $2,000 USD, totaling $5,000 USD. We were supposed to withdraw on the 22nd. Today, I received a message saying there was an error in my order and they wouldn't let me withdraw. I hope the platform can help resolve this. They're using various excuses to refuse withdrawals, asking me to record videos and send transaction records. I'm not good at trading, so I strongly request the platform to help me withdraw my funds.

I was lured into a scam, which resulted in a loss of 5,000 yuan.I was misled by the sales staff and deposited 5,000 yuan to participate in gold, crude oil, and Bitcoin trading. Within two days, my entire account was wiped out. I am certain this is a fraudulent trading platform and a scam, purely gambling. Customer service kept telling me to learn about investment and financial management and to refer to various news reports, urging me to increase my investment. I believe this is a complete scam. I hope the platform can help me recover my losses. Thank you!

Unable to withdraw profits from the platformI made a profit of $5,000 on a gold trade on the LIRUNEX platform, but the platform refuses to let me withdraw my funds, saying that I violated the rules and that my simultaneous closing of positions constituted illegal gains. What's wrong with the MT5 one-click closing function? Has the platform never used the MT5 one-click closing function?

Auto Order PlacingOn May 28, 2026, at 09:17:37, while using the platform Exness, a huge order suddenly appeared—a long order of 20.99 lots. This order was definitely not placed manually by me, and only I was operating the account. No one else knew my account information! Then, at 09:25:28 on the same day, I noticed an abnormal floating loss in my account and saw this order #1356862939. I immediately closed it manually, resulting in a loss of -17885.58 USD! Ultimately, this led to my account being liquidated! I request that the Exness platform investigate this order and compensate me for my losses!

My orders were clearly profitable, but after closing them, they resulted in losses, causing my account to be liquidated. I contacted customer service but haven't received any response or resolution. This platform is extremely unethical; please stay away from it! As you can see in my screenshots, the two orders showed a profit of 330 USD, but after closing them, they resulted in losses of 180 USD and 160 USD respectively. This is clearly abnormal and indicates malicious manipulation of my orders.

This is a lesson learned the hard way.A platform with a rating of 8.9 refused to process withdrawals. I can't get my principal of over 400,000 yuan out. I've given up on profits, just wanting my principal back, but they won't let me. Even my $20,000 withdrawal hasn't arrived. They're demanding a 15% margin deposit, and their reason is utterly ridiculous: they say my account was logged in from a different location. What business is it of theirs where I log in to my account? If I go on a trip abroad, will my account be rendered useless? I deposited real money, why can't they let me withdraw it?

Unable to withdraw fundsI opened an account and traded on the pgm platform at the end of June after being recommended by an acquaintance. The trading account is 2010688973. I deposited 15,000 and the account reached 33,000. The platform rejected my first withdrawal. The platform said that a group of people were operating it, and banned the account in the name of illegal trading and prohibited withdrawals. I now attach my transaction records and the chat records with the account manager, and explain my situation. First of all, I am an independent individual and have nothing to do with any so-called group operation. It’s just because this is a new platform that has never been done before. At the same time, an old salesperson in the industry has recently come to me for recommendation. In order to help him achieve his performance goals and report the idea of doing it wherever he does, he opened an account and made a deposit. The trading strategy is also very simple. It is basically a swing position of gold and crude oil. There are intraday orders and positions with a cycle of one or two days. It is basically a high-sell and low-buy operation, with 1 to 2 positions of 15,000 US dollars. The platform explained to me that it is a hedge. First of all, from the perspective of holding time, this hedging method cannot bring me any benefits. Secondly, judging from the attached transaction records, I think this kind of order will not be considered as illegal trading on any platform, regardless of the purpose. The platform is simply looking for a reason to deduct my profit because I caught this unilateral trend. This is a new platform, and I didn’t know anything about it before. Now the account manager has basically lost contact. Now I am seeking assistance and solutions to safeguard our normal rights and interests as customers!
